Robin Kelleher

Robin Kelleher, originally from northern Minnesota, lives in Burnsville, Minnesota and Marco Island, Florida.

Robin received her bachelor degree in music education from Bemidji State University in 1972. She taught instrumental and vocal music for six years in Langdon, North Dakota before relocating to Minneapolis. There she worked for years as an office administrator, realtor and real estate developer, until returning to school to study law.

In 1995, Robin graduated summa cum laude from William Mitchell College of law in St. Paul, Minnesota. She has practiced with Seaton, Peters and Revnew, a labor and employment law firm in Edina, since 1996, expect for a leave to serve as Deputy and Acting Commissioner of Minnesota’s Department of Labor and Industry in 2003.

Robin is now mostly retired, but is active in non-profit work and conservative causes. She has been on the board of Center of the American Experiment, a conservative think tank, for twelve years. She also served on the foundation board of Bemidji State University for several years and as president for two years. She is also a supporter of the Animal Humane Society in Minnesota, and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

Like her career, her interests and passions are wide and varied. They include writing, reading, traveling, golfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, music (performing and listening), the arts, herb gardening, love for her country, politics, and sunsets on Marco Island - always with an eye out for that lucky green flash.

Robin's family includes one brother, a niece, three nephews and their children, two step daughters, and her precious dog, Lina.
